Suite Spot River 40′

We named this home the “Suite Spot” because it’s versatile enough to fit many lots. Built out of two 40’ containers with added bumpouts, this compact but spacious model is a popular design. It’s big enough to be a standard home, yet small enough to be an accessory dwelling unit (ADU). This home features a large open-concept kitchen as well as a living room that is ideal for entertaining. The bedroom includes a walk-in closet, while the hall has a laundry room with washer/dryer hook ups and space for linens. Like some of our other models, we offer two different types of roofs you can choose between, giving you the option to pick what best fits your needs.
