Box Car 3

The innovative two-story design of the “Box Car” is the first of its kind for us. The Box Car 3 is built out of six containers, making it our largest home. You are welcomed into the house by a covered entry that leads you into the open-concept living area. The first level consists of a full-size kitchen, a formal dining room, a half bath, and a large living room that’s perfect for entertaining. This living space features multiple floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing for plenty of natural light. The second level includes two sizable bedrooms, a “bonus” room, two bathrooms, and a laundry closet. Each bedroom offers large picture windows, and two of the rooms even have their own private balcony. The generous windows and decks make this unique container home perfect for maximizing the views that Oregon and Washington are known for.
